Job description
1. Provide Raw material inspection, on-site inspection of all deliverables, and document the inspections as per QAP 2 .Timely coverage of Raw material inspection and In process inspection of HULL , HULL OUTFIT and Accommodation offered by production as per the drawing. 3 . Supervise and coordinate with class and customer for Inspection clearance. 4 .Prepare inspection reports keep as final records. 5 .Maintain and Document all the inspections reports in ERP and preparation of Weekly status reports. 6.Proactive inspection in respective area to minimize production lead time. 7. Inspectand clear the job offered by production to the next stage. 8. Using optical instrument and latest techniques for inspection and resolving minor technical issues with customer. 9. Conduct sessions to explain to the workers about importance of achieving the Specifications as per customer requirements and guide them accordingly.
