Job description
Basics DVP preparation
Basics of Reliability Engineering
Hands on experience on Environmental testing, Vibration testing & IPx testing
Detailed test procedure preparation based on standards/customer requirements
Test set-up preparation for new systems
Test bench parts selection and cost estimation
Co-ordinate with external labs for test execution
Execution of the tests as per planned time
Knowledge on endurance test bench and test execution
Ability to build the new endurance test bench
Knowledge on data acquisition tools INCA and software documentation
Knowledge on Data analysis(MDA, MATLAB, FAMOS)
Hands on experience on measuring instruments
Basic knowledge on sensors(Temperature, Pressure, Current, LVDT, etc.,)
Basic knowledge on LabVIEW
Basic knowledge on capability measurements
Basic knowledge on ISO test standards
Basic knowledge on LMS ISO-17025/2017
Good at documentation
Basic knowledge on HSE, Preventive/Corrective Maintenance , Calibration, etc.,
Good communication skill
Good presentation skill
Basics of Quality Management System process
Qualifications
Any UG Degree
