• Manage multiple projects in Spend Analysis.
• SOW sign-off with customer.
• Track and deliver multiple projects at a time. Identify scope creeps and evaluate change requests.
• Guide team on deliverables to customers. Have formal weekly project status review meetings w ith team and customer.
• Follow laid down processes, update weekly status and have 1-1 with team and PM / Sr. Manager.
• Learn project management to deliver projects successfully.
• Understand and resolve issues w ith projects effectively and efficiently.
• Brainstorming sessions w ith team to identify innovative approaches /solutions.
• Travel to customer locations for requirements gathering, perception alignment and training the customer on E-Spend tool.
