What will you do?

Functional Support: Provide top-notch support for Microsoft Business Central users, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system functionality and user satisfaction. Warehouse Management: -Leverage in-depth knowledge of warehouse processes and operations. -Implement and optimize warehouse management functionalities within Microsoft Business Central.

User Training: Conduct user training sessions to enhance understanding and proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Business Central's warehouse features. System Enhancement: Actively participate in system enhancement projects, working closely with developers to implement improvements. Propose and implement innovative solutions to optimize warehouse processes. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and warehouse-related processes. Create user-friendly guides for troubleshooting and best practices.

What will you need?

Proven experience in functional support for Microsoft Business Central. Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and practices. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Business Central functionalities. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to support. Previous experience in conducting user training sessions is a plus.
