Job description

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
Expertise in DataMesh, Spark, Python, and AWS cloud services.
Experience with workflow tools for automating data processes and operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Bonus: Background in gaming, community, social, and web3 data.
Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security best practices.

Responsibilities:

Ensure data quality and accuracy across the organization.
Lead data reconciliation process and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
Lead algorithmic solutions development, collaborating with engineering and product teams.
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for efficient and secure data processing.
Drive data-driven decision-making by identifying key metrics, creating visualizations, and reports.
Foster a data-driven culture through training and mentorship.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends in gaming and web3 to leverage emerging technologies for business growth.
