Job Title: Junior BIM ArchitectCompany: BIM Modeling Services IndiaJob Description:BIM Modeling Services India dealing in North America's MEP and Architectural project.BIM modelling company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural/Interior Resource to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both architectural and interior design concepts, with extensive knowledge of BIM software and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural and interior design 2-D plans & models, coordinating with various project stakeholders, and ensuring the highest quality design and documentation. Key Responsibilities:●A skilled professional who can draw plans for buildings and work closely with other professionals like architects and engineers. ●Must be able to follow specifications and develop detailed architectural and interior design models using BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools.●Collaborate with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure design and documentation alignment with project requirements and specifications.●Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.●Review and analyse architectural and interior design concepts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.●Coordinate with various disciplines, including MEP, structural, and civil engineering, to ensure seamless integration of architectural and interior elements within the overall project.●Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.●Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and enhance the quality of services provided.●Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions. Skills and Qualifications: ●Extensive knowledge of BIM software, including Revit and AutoCAD.●Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in architectural and interior design, preferably in the BIM industry.●Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and industry standards.●Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.●Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.●Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.●Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; Master's degree preferred.●Professional Technical Diploma holders can also apply.
