Roles and Responsibilities: Managing the overall credit function of the zone Implementation of policies, procedures, and credit underwriting guideline Formulate, review and implement the Credit Policy of the Company appropriate for the market segment (working with primarily undocumented income/credit profiles) sought to be served Maintenance of TAT, Compliance, policies and procedures as per NHB guidance Managing large business volumes Manage productivity and TAT of the team Recruit and train the Credit Team Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact Loan operation activities Banking and collection activities Managing end to end disbursement process Working closely with HO and Regional leadership. To ensure adherence of file TAT in operation Desired Candidate Profile CA / CWA or MBA/PGDM Finance A High Level of Professionalism. A Passion for Building and Growing Relationships The Ability to Gather Feedback and Provide Innovative Insight .
