Job description
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in HR technology implementation, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in ServiceNow HRSD.
· Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including case management, onboarding, offboarding, employee self-service, and HR service delivery.
· Hands-on experience configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including HRSD, Service Portal, Workflow, and Integrations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
· Proven track record of leading successful HRSD implementation projects from initiation to closure.
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD) certification preferred.
· Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
