ExuberantHR Consulting is urgently hiring a Marketing / Business Development Manager for a BSE and NSE-listed reputed company that produces and installs heavy equipment, machinery, and systems for hydrocarbon, steel, nuclear, and marine sectors for its Head Office at Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Position: Marketing / Business Development Manager
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Experience: 7-15 Years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry of Pressure vessels and Heat exchangers,
Boilers, etc.
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech - Mechanical
Compensation: 10 - 13 Lakhs Based upon experience and current salary
Reporting to: Vice President- Sales and Marketing
Roles And Responsibilities As the Marketing / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving marketing and business development activities for a range of industrial equipment like Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, and Boilers. Key responsibilities include;
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Estimating costs and preparing quotations for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Boilers, and related equipment.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities and market developments.
Qualifications And Experience - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (B.E. / B.Tech Mech)
- Minimum of 7-15 years of relevant experience in B2B or industrial sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with clients in the Manufacturing sector, preferably in the Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers industry.
- Extensive network and contacts within the Refinery & Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer & Chemicals sectors.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
