Job Description: Project management of Indian Construction as well Plant & Machinery Project Organisation Structure Government Incentive scheme : subsidy etc Factory License Schedule Management, incl. Master / Engineering / Design / Procurement / Construction / Handover schedule Project Cost control Permitting Management Plant construction Management Local Authorities Security Quality Control Together with input from other managers, develop the site's buildings, infrastructure, ancillary relevant and outdoor areas. Installation & Commissioning of Plant machinery including utilities Establish mass production of factory Process Development: Learn processes in China, move production processes. Lead and plan daily maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, ancillary relevant and outdoor areas. Some of these may be handled by subcontractors. Liasioining with authorities applicable to state as well centre authorities Pre commencement approvals / Resolution of authorities / Company registration / Registration of lease deed of property Labour Law compliance / Fire Compliance Pollution control Board –Consent of establishment Pollution Control Board –Consent to operate NOC and approval for applicable substances in operations : HSD, Power & Fuel used Develop the site to reduce energy and water consumption. Plan long-term maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, ancillary relevant and outdoor areas. Prepare and present forecasts for future years' maintenance and construction projects. Ensure that health and safety standards are followed in real estate projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree majored in Engineering or related More than 5 years working experience as project manager Experience in building a factory from scratch is preferred Good communication skills to handle professional English in speaking and writing, Chinese skill is preferred Good micro soft skills Be open and team work Have high integrityJob tags
