Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel destinations, and product offerings.
Provide detailed and accurate information about travel packages, itineraries, and special promotions.
Tailor recommendations based on clients' interests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their travel aspirations and preferences.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, offering solutions and ensuring a positive resolution.

Cross-Selling and Upselling:
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services or upgrades.
Recommend add-ons or complementary services to enhance the overall travel experience.

Documentation and Follow-Up:
Assist clients with the completion of necessary documentation and travel arrangements.
Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction post-trip and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and industry best practices.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with reservation systems and travel-related software is a plus.
A passion for travel and a keen interest in exploring new destinations.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Previous experience in travel sales or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
