Job Description: Branch Manager
- The manager will be responsible for playing a significant role in long-term planning and execution.
- Responsible for implementing and overseeing the policies to ensure all procedural requirements are followed.
- Formulate a market strategy to build, enhance and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Revenue Generation for the Branch office.
- Assessing market conditions, developing business plans and executing market strategies.
- Commercial and market Awareness with an ability to assess change and its potential impact on our industry and businesses.
- Leadership & People Management, Effective Delegation.
- Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
- Handling a team and providing the team with a vision of the Organisation's objectives
- Sharing the projection and reports with Senior Management
- Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward closure.
- Building strategies to ensure enrolment targets are met through collective team performance.
- Ensuring Daily Activity Governance and admission Management in the Branch.
- Educate the Team about a bouquet of academic courses admission portfolio and other complimentary services.
- Identifying new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities in the B2B & and B2C segments.
- Constant Training, Education and Product Knowledge checking of the team to keep them abreast of the latest developments in the sector & and within the Company.
- Develop positive working relationship amongst academic and branch Teams to ensure high level of Engagement.
- Address Employee concerns and conflicts on a timely manner.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities to achieve Monthly Targets across all parameters.
- Preparing MIS as per Business Requirements & Competition Tracking.
- Ensuring effective Visual Merchandising and Display to enhance product visibility and drive volumes.
- Interfacing with Parents / Educational institutions for ascertaining requirements, making presentations and deliver need-based product solutions while working in close coordination with Product and Marketing Teams.
- Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
- Manage end-to-end branch Operations Processes and liaison with relevant stakeholders.
Salary: Up to 12- 18 Lakhs per annum.
Locations: Kochi, Calicut, Trivandrum
