Job Location : Ahmedabad

:- B.com/Import-Export Document Course
Job Role :
- Export Confirm order Execution.
- Co-Ordination with main store, fabrication units, tool room and with purchase team for material procurement,
- Doing final cargo execution by product labeling, physical material check, taking picture, instruction of packing,
- Getting quotation of air/sea freight charges from forwarder
- Make draft document then co-ordinate CHA for forwarder for getting to book confirmation.
- Submission of Proforma Invoice against foreign inward for respective consignee
- Allocation process in ERP
- Submission of documents for fumigation, insurance and SGS inspection (if required)
- Pre/Post shipment documentation
- Co-Ordination with CHA for clearance process, checking approval for filling of shipping bill.
- Co-Ordination forwarder for AWB, Bill of Leading Instruction, Draft BL Approval and For Vessel Update/Cargo Status
- Chamberization of documents, documents for Letter of Credit
- Submit post shipment documents along with packing images to concern sales person to intimate customer.
- Making folder with complete set of documents against every dispatch/Invoice
- Original Document courier to customer (Sea Shipment)
- Check and Submitting CHA, Forwarder, Nominated Agent invoice for their payment process.
- Maintaining MIS Data in Daily dispatch report and report all Invoice.
- Filling Export Voices
- To be in Stock Counting of SE Warehouse
