Overview:
The Technical Lead plays a critical role in leading and managing a team of technical professionals ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects and solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and leadership skills to guide the team in designing developing and implementing innovative technological solutions in alignment with the organizations goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role
- Expertise in software development and coding languages
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Understanding of cloud technologies
