Position: Business Development Executive (Female Only)

Responsibilities:

• Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about recruitment and payroll process
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Market Mapping
• Developing business proposals
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Make cold calls for new business leads
• Responsible for developing a strong professional network and utilizing that network to bring in new business referrals on a regular basis.

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Must be excellent personality
• Must have experience in recruitment industries

Required Qualification: - Any Graduate
