Location: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities - Drive Order to Billing process to improve efficiency and fill rate.
- Drive the Customer Connect from Supply perspective particularly for all direct serviced chains.
- Prepare and analyse supply chain metrics and review it regularly with Customer teams to availability and business delivery.
- Manage catalogue, align with Customers and Commercial teams, and contribute to its rationalization.
- Development of Tertiary Availability Matrix and driving the same across channels to improve availability.
- Deliver high product availability in the category ensuring healthy inventory level, high fill-rates, and optimal supply chain set-up.
- Track servicing cost and drive projects to reduce the same – load optimization, direct store delivery.
- Would be responsible for Planning Ops with customers, tracking Ops performance and continuously work towards maximising returns against the planned budget.
- Work closely with Customer leadership and/or operations senior leaders on strategies to reduce cost, lead time, and waste across the end-to-end supply chain.
Educational Qualification: MBA in supply chain/ logistics preferred. Experience: 1+ years of experience.
Skills - Detailed understanding of logistics, distribution, freight and order management (Order to Bill)
- In-depth understanding of Modern Trade, Ecommerce customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High proficiency with MS excels – Advanced excel must, VBA or knowledge of any other data analytics tool preferred.
