Early Career Onboarding Manager, APAC
About The Role As a key member of a L&D product team, you will support the needs of the development and delivery of the Early Career roadmap. While the role is supporting a broader project, you are an instrumental person to ensure the learning journey designed for all early career employees is successful. You'll be on the front lines with the business as you execute the product – as well ensuring the product is met with an exceptional experience.
Key Accountabilities: - Manage end to end execution of the early career development roadmap including, but not limited to, providing learning and operations support for scheduling, registrations, enrolment and attendance of learning
- Facilitate learning interventions under the L & D offering for all early career employees
- Manages updates to Learning Technology sites like SharePoint, Service Now, etc.
- Enhances changes and improvements in the early career road map
- Work with business subject-matter experts (SMEs), L&D Partners, and People Partners to help execute the roadmap
- Assist with ongoing efficacy and analytics of the program/participants to shape existing & new roadmaps. This includes providing necessary dashboard for the forums requested
- Assists with the management of various L&D programs, including, but not limited to early career program, rotations and facilitation of learning events
- Monitors learning L&D programs and proactively engages with the population.
- Work closely with the Head of HR for Singapore, business leaders, anchor manager to engage the early career employees through establishing procedures, guidelines and documentation
- Produce, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools
- Develops and or assists in communications to employees and other critical stakeholders like HR on learning events, programming, etc.
- Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
