About the Role As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a critical role in driving our sales and business development initiatives. You'll be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. You'll also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our partners and customers. Responsibilities: * Generate leads through various social media platforms and direct visits. * Attend leads generated through various channels. * Meet with prospects, explain our services and use cases. * Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up with important prospects. * Engage with potential clients regularly through calls and visits. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. * M inimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate, Hospitality, F&B, Fitness sectors. This is preferable but is not a barrier. * Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening). * Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet or exceed targets. * Keen to experiment and think out of the box. * Previous experience in digital marketing or related industries is a plus. * Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
