Job description
Minimum 5-12 years of experience as an SAP HR/HCM Functional Consultant
Extensive Experience in PA, OM Modules - at least 1 full life cycle implementations
Must have experience with SAP / S.4HANA
Experience in new personnel area creation, interface troubleshooting.
Strong communication (verbal/written) to support face time with client's senior HR team members/leaders. '
BE /B. Tech. or Master of Computer Applications/MBA.
Strong knowledge in SAP HR or SAP S/4 HANA Human Capital Management and the integration with other HR systems.
Ability to do FITGAP analysis and lead workshops with business and Process Architects
Customization experience of SAP HCM solutions and understanding of core data structures and data flows.
Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem.
An ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business
