Job Summary:
The Deputy General Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations & will provide strategic direction. The goal of DGM is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Role involves managing the overall operations of the admissions team.
- Leading the admissions team and ensuring a high-performance results driven culture.
- Coordinating with marketing team to fine tune marketing plans related to admissions and helping execute them.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets with a keen eye on planning and execution.
- Develop Annual Marketing Strategy (Digital Media, Promotions). Conceptualize, design and implement marketing communication strategies for effective positioning of product.
- Formulating and executing long term vision and strategy.
- Conduct market research for existing and new categories to develop a business case for new products.
- Should have shown consistent results over the course of his career.
- Should be good at Relationship Building and working along with other stakeholders. Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
- Responsible for driving various planning cycles (e.g. long range plan, profit plan, operating plan).
- Provide leadership to Marketing team including career planning, performance evaluation, feedback, coaching & guidance.

Qualification
- Must be MBA or equivalent degree.
- An Effective strategist with strong Leadership Skills.
- Possesses Good analytical Skills.
- Strong Business Understanding.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills Required : Good Communication, Experience in Admissions Pan India and International
Education/Qualification : MBA Marketing
Experience : 12 to 15 Years
