Role Descripti on
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sanand for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new clients while maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. They will also be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the creditworthiness of potential clients, negotiating terms of agreement, and ensuring timely collection of payments. The Relationship Manager will be a part of a dynamic team with a focus on achieving business targets and contributing to the success of the company.
Qualificatio ns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in sales, relationship management, or similar field
- Understanding of financial products and services
- Experience in the financial industry or with NBFCs is preferred
- A strong network of contacts within the industry is a plus
- Filed sales job
- Mortgage loan experience
- 12th pass
- Two-wheeler and two-wheeler licenses are mandatory
- Salary budget up to 3 LPA + Incentive + Petrol allowance + medical allowance and many more
