Job description
Looking for an Event Head whose roles involve Conceptualization, Curation of Strategy and Planning for Sales and Marketing related to events for our Auditorium in South Delhi . We are looking for an innovative and strategic Event Head to join our dynamic team and elevate our events to new heights.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualization & Strategy: Develop innovative event concepts that resonate with our diverse audience base. Curate comprehensive event strategies that align with our brand values and objectives.
- Sales & Marketing Planning: Lead the sales and marketing initiatives for the Auditorium, ensuring effective promotion and positioning of events. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to maximize sales and audience engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and event organizers to generate business bookings and ensure seamless coordination and execution of events. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaborative success.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budgeting process for events, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective planning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the events team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and collaboration. Lead by example, demonstrating passion and dedication in every project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Event Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Eligibility:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing. Must have worked with Auditoriums / Event Management Industry
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the Delhi market and event industry trends.
