Job description
Major Purpose:
The Customer Acquisition Associate is responsible majorly for processing funding requests, asset updates and other requests in loan/ lease setups while adhering to our policies and procedures.
Major Duties: - Responds to and resolves more complex service issues and requests.
- Reviews and/or audits lending documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepares lending documentation and processes complex revisions.
- Administers incoming requests for legal name changes
- Facilitate asset serial number updates
- Liaises with credit, collections, and accounting departments on a regular basis to resolve update requests.
- Follows necessary procedures in the preparation of requirements to perfect security inventory under the PPSA Act
- Prepare third party waiver requests
Skills required: - High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Communication Skills
- Leasing Knowledge
- Evaluation Skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Excel and Word plus intranet and internet
- Knowledge of power automate and Power BI preferable
- Good interpersonal skills
Education - Master's Degree Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience
Relevant Work Experiences: - Experience working in BPOs/captives/KPOs of multinational financial services companies/Banks
