Job description
The Administrative Assistant will be associated with engineering and perform support activities for engineering leadership team.
Essential Qualifications & Education:
Degree in Arts or Science, including B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, as a minimum
2 to 3 years work experience
Experience handling data in Microsoft Excel. Shall be conversant with Excel functions like V lookup, concatenate, pivot tables, etc.
Experience in preparing dashboards using Power BI
Good communication skills
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with disciplines for collecting data / providing data
Coordinate with other functions like TA, Project Management, etc. for collecting data, maintaining database and issue reports to leadership team
Prepare presentations for engineering leadership team
Prepare excel reports for engineering leadership team, like hiring status, discipline headcount report, mobilization status, manpower forecast, etc.
Prepare Power BI dashboards for leadership team
Other miscellaneous tasks to support engineering disciplines
