Job Title: Technical Team Lead - MERN Stack / PHP Developer
Location: Jaipur
Experience Required:
· Minimum 4+ years of overall software development experience.
· Minimum 2+ years of experience specifically with the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
· Proficiency with PHP and any other technology is a plus.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Lead a technical team comprising both MERN stack and PHP developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
· Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack and PHP frameworks.
· Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with coding standards.
· Implement and advocate for agile development methodologies within the team.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development.
Required Skills:
· Proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ syntax.
· Strong experience with the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
· Proficiency in PHP development and familiarity with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
· Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js, jQuery).
· Knowledge of database design and implementation, particularly with MongoDB and MySQL.
· Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role.
· Knowledge of deployment and hosting platforms
· Experience with testing frameworks and test-driven development.
· Understanding of server-side rendering and SSR frameworks (e.g., Next.js).
· Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
