Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong sales techniques and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy solutions to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
