Company Description (Self Financed Partnership Firm)
HCDS Technologies is a self-sufficient, self-budgeted, and self-financed partnership firm that specializes in IT consulting services, digital transformation resources deployment, and business automation. The company is based in Rewari and is an autonomous, cooperative, socialist, liberal, and ethical business entity. HCDS Technologies manages its day-to-day operating expenses from internal budgeting and self-financed offerings. It is a non-government business entity without any support/subsidy or investment from the state or external investors.
Role Description (Business Partner Internship)
This is a hybrid internship role for a Business Partner. The Business Partner will be responsible for assisting the senior partners with day-to-day activities such as research, data analysis, and project coordination. The role is located in Rewari but some work from home is acceptable. Contribution in Product Market Fitment will be appreciated.
Qualifications (Partnering in Growth)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Current postgraduate students are most welcome to become business partner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Keen attention to detail and highly organized
- Experience in business development, management, and administration is a plus
- Passionate about entrepreneurship and business innovation
- Financial contribution in Product Market Fitment will be highly appreciated to get monthly incentive
