Role: Content Specialist
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy writer with prior experience writing and managing B2B marketing content. You will be working closely with the core team to create and manage content for Customer Experience and Service Management, Artificial Intelligence, and other key topics.
Responsibilities:
· Research the upcoming technologies and ongoing trends in Customer Experience and Service Management, Artificial Intelligence to create engaging content for our potential clients and audience.
· Build a deep understanding of the Simplify360 platform, products and the company's unique differentiators.
· Work with the Marketing team to understand and help refine the evolving brand voice and tone.
· Create blogs, case studies, ebooks, whitepapers, video script, and interactive assets as part of the overall editorial calendar and in line with the content strategy.
· Create engaging and customer-oriented emails, ad, social media, and other short-form copies developed to support your content assets are as impactful as possible.
· Understand our SEO goals and strategy to produce keyword optimized content.
· Collaborate with teams across product, marketing, engineering and sales to curate content.
Who we are looking for:
· Exceptional command of the English language and use storytelling approaches to engage and persuade your audience.
· Know what best-in-class content looks like for SaaS companies and category creators to help us exceed the standard of excellence.
· Meticulous attention to detail and ability to deliver pitch-perfect collaterals.
· Knowledge of optimizing content for SEO is a plus point.
· Outstanding communication, writing and grammar skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines, deliver on time and ensure high quality.
· Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company or advertising agency would be an advantage.
Experience:
· 3+ years Content Writing experience.
· Work portfolio across diverse content mediums.
· Ability to develop relationships and work closely with other Marketing or cross-company functions.
