Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at Progressive Infotech Pvt. Ltd. located in Noida. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating leads and identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Account Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience in the IT industry / Software Industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
