We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manager for Civil Infrastructure to join our team at Sintex Advance Plastics Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. As the Manager for Civil Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning, design, and implementation of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and other related structures.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and legal requirements.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource plans, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues or deviations from project specifications.
- Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management, to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and other project documentation to senior management and key stakeholders.
