Position Overview: As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for the international B2B market. You will work closely with our third-party partners to coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining a consistent brand image.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a global digital marketing strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to align strategies with overall business goals.
- Third-Party Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for third-party digital marketing partners.
- Collaborate on campaign planning, execution, and optimization to maximize results.
- Online Presence Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a cohesive online presence, ensuring brand consistency across digital channels.
- Work with third-party vendors to enhance website optimization, SEO, and user experience.
- Content Marketing:
- Lead the creation and execution of content marketing strategies, coordinating content production with third-party partners.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target B2B audience.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy, coordinating content calendars and campaigns with third-party vendors.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Email Marketing:
- Collaborate with third-party partners to execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Implement marketing automation for lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Paid Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns in collaboration with third-party vendors.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs, providing regular reports on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with third-party partners to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Budget Management:
- Work closely with third-party vendors to manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
- Ensure cost-effective strategies without compromising on quality.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to align digital strategies with business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment between in-house and external digital marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
- Extensive experience (3 -5 years) in digital marketing for B2B companies, with a focus on international markets.
- Proven experience in coordinating with third-party vendors for digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with the stone industry is a plus.
