Job Description: Process Trainer*

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Process Trainer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with expertise in process management and improvement.

*Responsibilities:* - Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees on various processes and procedures. - Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations to support effective learning outcomes. - Conduct training sessions using a variety of methods such as classroom instruction, demonstrations, and on-the-job training. - Assess trainee performance and provide feedback and coaching to facilitate skill development and performance improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps and implement solutions to address them. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

*Requirements:* - Proven experience as a process trainer or similar role in a corporate environment. - Excellent knowledge of process management principles and methodologies. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt training content and methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. - Certification in process management or training is a plus.
