Job description
As a Receptionist you will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate appointments and assist in scheduling meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide information to clients and visitors about the company and its services.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
