Job description

Job Purpose To execute the Information Technology/Digital Transformation Projects and Manage Vendors/Resources effectively as per the given guidelines.

Job Outline At ISB, Information Technology (IT) plays a key role in providing the requisite IT Program / Applications development and support services to all the stakeholders, to drive its strategic objectives in its research, teaching, and business functions.

The jobholder as Sr. Associate Director IT – IT reports to the Director – IT, performs a set of responsibilities that ensures the needs of the end users are met on a day to day basis. While implementing IT-DT & related Technology projects, S/he needs to evaluate and manage the vendors and products, that meet the business requirements of various departments with minimal customizations.

S/he needs to interact on regular basis with various departments, vendor teams and internal teams to deliver DT/IT projects as per need. Also look for resource requirements and interact with vendors and collaborate with HR for recruitment and onboarding.

S/he needs to have Experience in Implementing Software Development Projects. Ability to interact with teams and understand requirements and collaborate with stakeholders for implementation. Understand and implement Change Management Process and Quality procedures. Experienced in Evaluating Products & Features, Map against business requirements and recommend suitable products for implementation. Evaluate, Onboard and Interact with Vendors and Vendor Teams for implementation.

Desirable Experience - 15-16 years

Education

- Graduate degree with Computers or Post Graduate in Computer Science or Applications.

Specific Skills Software Development and Project Management, Vendor and Team Management, Interaction with Functional Users and Change Management Process. Process and Compliance Management. IT solution and Delivery Management.
