Tasks Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation that explains the company's products to both its customers and internal stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to the development of innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities: As Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for: - Create publications that explain the company's products to customers and internal audiences, allowing full use of its functionality.
- Ensure that documentation products meet industry standards of quality, usability, and format using writing expertise and product knowledge.
- Assume full responsibility for all official documents of one or more product applications.
- Create and maintain the application's documentation and/or training framework, as well as the content of its publications.
- Gain knowledge of the product's new functionality via attendance at Design Review/Scrum meetings, reading design documents, interviewing the Engineering team, and using the product itself.
- Independently create new version documents using your own product knowledge information and new functionality information gained through research.
- Integrate into the documentation all relevant information gained from interaction with developers, designers, testers, infra, implementation, product managers, and program managers, as well as customer feedback.
- Maintain existing documents and/or learning materials and update them for changes.
Job Overview: Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in technical writing or another relevant subject (Experience in documenting B2B software products is mandatory.)
- Experience working with excellent knowledge of at least one authoring tool.
- Experience with the technical and business aspects of software development.
- Experience in structured authoring such as DITA XML is a strong advantage.
