Your Career
The Partner Service Architect provides a mix of technical architecture and service design activities as well as internal solution development and knowledge management.
The Partner Service Architect is an expert with a strong understanding of security operations to include but not limited to extended security intelligence and automation management (XSIAM), Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Security information and event management (SIEM), and Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR). The Partner Service Architect knows how to make the best use of XSIAM to design, build, and implement a successful service on XSIAMs within the Partner ecosystem. The Partner Service Architect drives the design of new partner services and optimizes the solution by leading the initial execution of projects.
The position requires strong leadership skills the Partner Service Architect will have to rally the community to agree on tools and techniques and develop assets.
The position requires strong communication skills the Partner Service Architect will have to articulate a clear vision to partners, customers, consultants, and account managers.
Your Impact
- Grow the XSIAM business through deep collaboration internally and externally
- Develop innovative solution offerings in support of Services-Led GTM strategy for XSIAM partners
- Identify services and market opportunities where partner services can be used to optimize the deployment and operation of Palo Alto Networks products in on-premise, and public cloud models
- Working with the product-line, Partner Service Architect develop services with clear and documented value propositions - Effectively communicate our value propositions to Services Sales, Account Management, and Partner
- Engage with Partners in the delivery of new services and strategic engagements with a focus on service validation and the development and capture of Intellectual Property
- Refine our services for efficient consumption by partners - Ensure successful completion of projects and share lessons learned
- Collaborate on recommended architectures with Consulting Engineers, Developer Relations and other internal SMEs
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams on new products and features to ensure Partner Readiness
- Work with Partner SEs to create an enablement plan and provide advanced 'Partner SE' support for updates in the Palo Alto Networks Services strategy within CORTEX Product-line
Your Experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution
- Experience selling, demonstrating, installing and troubleshooting network infrastructure security products
- Experience with Security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, & EDR solutions, etc.
- Proven experience working with MSSP's with Service definition, Architecture build, and Service delivery
- Experience & Understanding of Security & latest trends in security
- Industry Certifications in Security space will be added advantage
- Working knowledge of SIEM and threat analytics will be beneficial
- Experience & good understanding of API's, orchestration tools etc. will be added advantage
- Good understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems - Scripting will be an advantage
- Travel of 25% within the designated region and subject to travel policy
