Job description

We are looking for Competitive and Result-oriented Business Development
Managerwho can implement a mix of IT Marketing skills intelligently to get us quality business using strong, convincing and charming communication skills!!
We have a right chair for a person who has the vigor to achieve targets
consistently,

Qualification - BE / BTech with MBA (IT/Systems/Marketing)

Experience - 10 to 12 years of experience in business development, sales and
marketing of IT Services and Products

Job Summary -

You will utilise strong communication skills to proactively contact new and
existing domestic and international partners through a variety of sales
channels.

You must possess the skills to build customer confidence in their
ability to successfully solve customers business needs with the right products and services in a prompt and professional manner.

Understand the sales process and buying a cycle, understand our service in depth and communicate the same to the potential clients.

Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve
the determining target to Revenue, profitability and conversions.

Selected candidates will report to the CEO to determine necessary strategic
sales approaches, build trust and cultivate solid relationships with prospects
and clients. Integrity, vision and passion are essential for this role.

Key Result Areas -

* Large deal Lead generation above 5Cr INR.

* Gathering & analyzing market intelligence

* Guide and mentor the team in Promotional activities planning and execution

* Executing Sales strategy & plan and contribute to gathering intelligence.

* Decide marketing strategies for quarter on quarter basis

* Marketing & Brand Building activities

* Attending exhibitions and conferences and sell / promote out offerings

* Guide Preparing marketing collaterals

* Account management activities (Account mining, collections, recovery)

* Conduct competitor analysis

* Able to quickly lay out strategies as per changing business

Essentials Skills -

* Excellent written and Spoken English - Articulate, confident communicator
and presenter

* At least 5 Years of recent experience from IT Sevices sales across
different technologies and industries.

* Ability to mine existing accounts

* Sharp attention towards mapping of our product / services to customer needs

* Have a logical approach to sales & Marketing

* Able to manage and take along the team in meeting organizational level
target and goals

* Should have a strong understanding of sales process like RFP, Tender
processing etc.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at
all levels of seniority

* Go getter attitude

* Willing to take varying challenges,

* Define and thrive for targets

* Dependable, Ambitious and persistent

* Thrive in a pressurized, sales-driven environment

* Good to have experience of working with Govt sector customers

* Good to have background on selling products and services related to Ed Tech
domain

Useful knowledge and experience -

* Preparing and presenting business tenders

* Managing business pitches

* Technical product knowledge

* Awareness of competitor activities in the sector you work

* New marketing and sales channels being developed and trialed

* Experience of strategising and implementing end to end Marketing activities.
