About the Job
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager who can play a pivotal role in the continued success and evolution of our B2C and B2B product platforms and contribute in shaping the future of healthcare education. You will be responsible for managing the existing product portfolio as well as taking a lead in identifying, building and launching new products. You will own the product vision and define the product roadmap for the company and in the process, develop and manage products which will make a real impact on the professional journey of millions of healthcare professionals globally. The ideal candidate would be a seasoned product manager who is obsessed about solving user problems in the Healthcare EdTech space and creating intuitive interfaces which result in user engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities: Existing Product Portfolio: Manage the lifecycle of our existing online products by refining the product vision set by the company. Create product roadmap and develop product strategy aligned with the business goals of the company. Conduct product specification documents with emphasis on solving user problems or fulfilling user needs. Do feature prioritization and product iterations with clear focus on improving overall user experience. Drive user engagement and retention through analysis, experimentation and A/B testing. Collaborate with design, engineering, growth, business and operations teams to ensure seamless product experience and alignment with business objectives. Define and monitor KPIs to measure the health and success of our existing products, identifying key levers for growth. New Product Initiatives: Identify and evaluate new product opportunities leveraging AI/ML technologies in the healthcare edtech space. Conduct comprehensive market and user research to understand user needs, industry trends and opportunities and distill them into actionable insights. Develop the product vision, strategy, roadmap, PRDs and user stories for new product initiatives. Oversee the product development cycle from ideation, mvp to eventual launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an unified approach to bring new products to life which are aligned with business goals. Develop the go-to-market strategy for the new product initiatives especially developed with AI/ML technologies. General: Stay abreast of the trends and developments in the healthcare industry, medtech space and AI/ML technologies. Continuously seek feedback and adopt a data-driven approach to decision making, resulting in improved user satisfaction and product performance. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate product vision effectively. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare or a related field. 7+ years of experience in product management in the EdTech or healthcare EdTech domain. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Strong understanding of applications of AI/ML technologies in the edtech or healthcare domain would be a bonus. Working knowledge of A/B testing and other techniques to drive product features with positive impact on user experience. Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. Experience with data analysis and interpretation methodologies to inform product decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with relevant stakeholders. Passion for edtech in general and healthcare in particular to improve the lives of healthcare professionals would be a bonus.
