Job Title: Business Development Manager - Preschool

Job Overview : As a Business Development Manager for our preschool, you will be responsible for play a crucial role in expanding our preschool's reach, shortlisting & finalizing prospective property location , and ensuring sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and new market segments. Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Identify opportunities for revenue diversification and cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial sustainability. Identify location, look for suitable place, property through network of local real estates developers/ agents. Design & Construct the building through architects, builders etc. Recruitment of the staff for proper functioning & operations of the preschool will be an added advantage.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in the education sector. Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives. Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
