Job: Deputy Manager – Supplier Quality & Development 

Location: Coimbatore

Job Description:

• Good Communication skills with ability to manage suppliers and Twin Disc team globally. 
• Strong problem-solving skills set and good analytical skills to drive continuous 
• improvement. 
• Good project management skills to manage and support sourcing transition projects. 
• Good in multi-task management & people management. 
• ISO QMS 9001 / 18000 / 45000 exposure, Marine, Six sigma green / black belt, Lean 
• practitioner knowledge and exposure on international standards like ASTM, ASME, AMS, 
• MIL etc.,  

Education & Experience 
Diploma / Bachelor’s in engineering (BE) – Mechanical / Production / Industrial with (10 to 15 
years) experience in supplier quality, supplier development - strategic sourcing function.
