Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an an Information Technology Specialist at H.Manaseer Group in Amman, Jordan.
The IT Specialist will be responsible for :
- ERP System ( daily maintenance, troubleshooting, analysis of business processes , development, implementation, and management of new ERP projects) .
- Web Developer (creating and maintaining websites, developing both back-end and front-end web development, programming, and web design) .
- Mobile Application Developer ( developing and designing mobile applications) .
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience in IT consulting and technical support
- Ability to create and present recommendations and solutions to clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
