Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Clerk located in Alathur. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and providing support to the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical Skills such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
Relevant experience in administrative or clerical work is highly beneficial.
