Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bhilwara for an Executive Assistant to the Director. You will be responsible for managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned. As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as an intermediary and gatekeeper for the Director, handling confidential and sensitive information, and representing the Director to others.
Brief Job Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Oversee the smooth running of the Managing Director's office, ensuring supplies, and equipment is maintained.
- Manage and reconcile reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform business strategies.
- Assist in managing and coordinating special projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives as directed by the Managing Director
- Track project milestones, reviews, and deadlines, providing regular briefs and action plans to the MD.
- Efficiently manage the Managing Director's schedule, prioritize appointments, and coordinate meetings and events
Key Result Areas:
- Draft and prepare emails, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and follow-ups.
- Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and disseminate relevant information.
Skills required:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Expertise in business analytics and finance.
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience providing executive support is highly desirable.
Educational /Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, CA, Management, or a related field preferred.
Work Experience:
- Proven experience in business analytics, data interpretation, and reporting.
- 5+ years of relevant experienceÂ
