Job Description:
We are looking for a Human Resource Manager who will lead and direct the HR department's routine functions. This includes hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard new hires and provide performance management and feedback.
• Have hands-on knowledge of job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Manage payroll and benefits for employees.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process with various recruitment partners/agencies.
• Provide employee training and engagement.
• Handle employee grievances.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports.
• Manage company assets.
• Assist in salary negotiations and offer management.
Requirements and Skills:
• Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and good judgment.
• Self-motivated, friendly personality, and team player.
• Proficient in Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education:
Bachelor's/MBA in Human Resources or certification in a related field is required.
Experience:
3+ years of human resource management experience is preferred.
