Job description
Responsibilities:
Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams:
Work closely with teams such as marketing and product to understand organizational goals product updates and market trends
Development and Delivery of Training Programs:
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering various aspects including product knowledge objection handling and sales processes.
Creation and Maintenance of Resources:
Develop and maintain a repository of collateral presentations playbooks and other resources to empower and support the team.
Facilitation of Meetings and Workshops:
Coordinate and conduct regular meetings and workshops to reinforce training concepts share best practices and encourage collaboration among team members.
Onboarding Assistance:
Play a key role in the onboarding process for new team members ensuring a seamless transition and providing effective training.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs gather feedback and analyze performance metrics to make continuous improvements.
Feedback Gathering and Process Improvement:
Actively seek insights and feedback from the team to identify areas for improvement in sales processes tools and resources.
Industry Awareness:
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and enablement to ensure the team remains competitive and skilled.
