Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support and administrative assistance to senior management. The Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, communication, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience creating and managing expense reports
• Excellent executive support skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in priorities and responsibilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
