KONTACT INTERIORS is a startup founded in January 2021 that specializes in affordable interior design and construction projects for both B2B and B2C clients. Our services include land consultations, end-to-end construction works, and project management. We have completed over 80+ interior projects and two civil construction projects to date. We are now looking to expand our services and team in the affordable interiors segment and have started our B2C journey.

Role Description

KONTACT INTERIORS is seeking a Sales Manager-Interiors based in Hyderabad to be responsible for driving business growth in the interiors segment. This is a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager-Interiors will also work closely with the interior design team to deliver high-quality products and services to clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Weekoff : Monday or Tuesday

Qualifications

• Interior sale experience is must
• Knowledge on Modular interiors and carpentry works will be added advantage
• Experience of 4-5 Years
• Reports and Excel sheets is must
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in sales and business development in the interiors or related industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a high-performing sales team
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
