job duties -

• accountable for achieving individual and team targets
• counselling prospective clients for client retention
• resolving all issues raised by clients by coordinating with the corporate office
• punctual and accurate preparation and submission of mis
• handling queries and convincing clients to avail skilled migrant visa for australia, canada amp other countries
• reporting and analysis maintenance of trackers / databases to update management on the status of clients,
• to do in-depth study about services being offered amp suggest changes and tweaking to drive business
• take care of btl marketing activities to increase walk-ins and retentions
• employee development and performance management of my team
• plan, organize, direct and control the process flow in the department.
• resolve problems that arise, such client escalations during the phase of file processing and addresses their grievances with suitable solutions.
• implementing new ideas to streamline the process and trying best to have zero errors.
• helping juniors in solving the escalations and personally handling client walk-ins and solve queries.
• regular follow-ups with clients to ensure the smooth process.

requirements -

• graduation or post graduate in any stream
• good communication and interpersonal skills.
• proven canada / australia pr visa sales industry minimum 3 years
• ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
