Job description
Essential Functions
- 6-8 years of experience in testing Enterprise Web applications.
- Strong expertise in Test Automation using Selenium.
- Experience in database testing - writing and executing complex SQL queries for testing.
- Good understanding of functional & non-functional tests, and is able to define test plans specific to the project needs.
- Should have experience in writing test scenarios, test cases and preparing required data for testing and execution.
- Should have experience in test & defect management using any tool.
- Possess good knowledge of the different QA processes & methodology.
- Use analytical and problem-solving skills to validate, verify, communicate, and resolve application issues through use of all needed testing processes from functional and all the way through regression testing.
- Report testing outcomes to all stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate with development & business teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
- Possess good knowledge of the different SDLC & Agile Methodology.
Primary Internal Interactions - Provide intelligent time estimates for test planning and execution.
- Identify Opportunities to Enhance Efficiency
- Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or relevant role
- Co-testers & developers within the Team
- Review with the Overall Product Manager & AVP for Defect RCA & improvements in the testing process
- Assessment and Progress meeting with AVP & above for additional product development features.
Primary External Interactions - Excellent Communicate skills(Oral & Verbal) to interact with Stakeholders to better understands expectations & set the expectation

Soft Skills - Understanding of Healthcare business vertical and the business terms within
- Good analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills - oral and verbal
- Ability to work with various stakeholders across various geography
- Excellent Team player, with the ability to build & sustain teams
- Should be able to function as an Individual Contributor as well if required.
Working Hours General Shift – 12 PM to 9 PM
Will be required to extend as per project release needs
Education Requirements Master's or Bachelor's degree from top tier colleges with good grades, preferably with an Engineering background.
