Global Shares VP is an individual contributor role. As integration project manager for Global Shares program in Operational Transformation & Strategy (OTS) team you will support the Global Shares Operations Workstream for data integration and reconciliation initiative. You may be involved in multiple projects or initiatives to perform fit-gap analysis to identify future state operating model, new transformation / automation opportunities, or system modifications, drive execution of strategic / medium/low complexity integration / automation solutions. Through strong partnership with Business, Operations and Technology counterparts you will support the integration of share plan functionality within the CIB technology infrastructure and design the operational and technology support model. The candidate will work extensively with technology, AWM business and strategy partners and CIB operations to identify technology and operational gaps and write and help deliver requirements. This Project Manager will have responsibility to the own the delivery of a firmwide priority and launch of a new business line. This role will require an ability to deal with complex business challenges, tight deadlines, competing priorities and interaction with the senior management team.

Job Description
- Lead the analysis for integration with the existing reconciliation infrastructure. Estimating and planning projects including agreeing resource requirements across the Business, Technology and Change functions.
- Participate in multiple system initiatives and projects and contribute to idea generation for future process or technological improvements. Expected to participate on both a local and global level. Agreeing project scope with senior stakeholders and managing the project scope throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing all resources that form part of the delivery team for the project, incorporating all resources and their activities into clearly stated defendable plan for the project(s). Recognize potential for greater process and reporting efficiencies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Understand the changing group/regulatory requirements and conduct assessment/ monitoring on operations to ensure in compliance with the standards
- Identify any risks or gaps in processes and work with management and the team to implement a better process.
- Clearly defining success criteria for each stage of the project and ensuring successful completion of all tasks within the project plan on time and within budget.
- Understanding and monitoring cross-project dependencies that may impact project delivery. Ensuring delivery of projects is in accordance with project management protocols and standards.
- Effective stakeholder management relating to the project, ensuring through both day-to-day management, and in governance, that project status clearly articulated and timely in its delivery. Proactive management of issues and risks pertaining to the project(s) with appropriate escalation where required.
- Compilation of high-quality routine weekly status reporting and governance reporting in accordance with reporting standards. Understanding the front to back risk business processes allowing for optimal requirements gathering and synergies between projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- MBA with 10-12 plus years of experience in Security operations role with at least 6 plus years in Trade processing or Settlement’s lead role supporting for Equity & FI. Exposure to Asset Servicing practices will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of US Broker Dealer functions and Bank Reconciliations. Proven track record as a project manager with experience of delivering technology change and business change in a finance management function.
- Experience with Broadridge systems and technology workflows. Demonstrable evidence of managing a full project life cycle including project initiation, requirements specification, development, test planning, test execution, and post-implementation roll out.
- A strong control mindset and adherence to a high degree of business ethics
- In-depth experience with Securities products and global markets, preferably working knowledge of International (Euroclear, Clearstream and DTC) settlement practices
- Strong analytical capability with close attention to detail Ability to manage a team of high achievers with diverse experience and skill sets. Successful in team environments with matrix reporting structures
- The candidate must be a motivated individual with a strong Partnership abilities
- Flexibility to work global hours and willing to travel globally, if needed
